QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering  or related field,
• Min. 3 years plastics parts of experience,
• Proficient in English,
• Proficiency with MS Office products,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Willingness and ability to work well in global teams,
• Good interpersonal communication skills,
• Proactive, result oriented,
• Having a B-class driver's license and not having any domestic/international travel barriers,
• Candidates residing/willing to reside in Bursa are sought.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, Coordination and control all the tests along with subcomponent validation tests,
• Support for the Analysis of test results,
• To be bridge among laboratories and related departments,
• Working together with engineering and quality during test plan fine tuning,
• Contacting with customer if there is any uncertainty in the test plan and specification,
• Attending  DFMEA / PFMEA activities,
• Pursuing the test samples and subcomponents with related departments in comply with technical drawing and project timing,
• Stating laboratories for revisions on the serial product and their test fixtures and providing to make all necessary activities on the time,

• Sharing test specification details with development department during DV phase in order to contribute engineering on the products.
