We are currently looking for Aftersales Service Engineer (Local Market) to join our Ford Trucks Team. The position will be based on Sancaktepe/İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• University degree in mechanical or electrical-electronics engineering
• Having aftersales experience in automotive sector is an asset
• Very good command in English
• Tolerance to work under stress; selfstarter; selfmotivator withstrong socialand negotiationskills
• Very good analytical thinking, result-oriented and planning &reporting capabilities
• Flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized
• Suitable for frequent authorized dealer and customer visits;a valid driving license is amust
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Holding D and E class driving licences are plus
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzing and reporting field issues
• Following up running changes and new projects in terms of aftersales point of view and supplying new projects aftersales readiness like, documantation, initial stock etc.
• Issuing technical service bulletins
• Solving technical problems at field in terms of visiting dealer
• Orginizing aftersales operations
