We are currently looking for Engineering Change Coordinator for our Material Planning and Logistics Department at  Eskişehir/ İnönü Plant. 

Job Description: 

• Leading role in coordination of product improvements for cost reduction or design, quality and production process improvements. 

• Implementing engineering changes on a daily and weekly basis. • Being in the core of coordination between Product Development, Purchasing, Material Planning & Logistics, Assembly, Paintshop and Bodyshop areas in order to engage product improvements. 

• Tracking & reporting the “change management” KPA’s to the top management (Obsolescence amount and part aging, deadline occurrences etc.) 

• Managing minimum obsolescence cost and smooth line implementation during change management process 

• Managing product part supply for daily production via change management process 

• Ford Otosan Supplier park coordination for “Just In Time” parts (Supplier park material systems communication and readiness

• Bill of Material (BOM) vs Bill of Process (BOP) validation for new projects and daily engineering changes. 

• Providing CMMS3 training to the other departments. 

• Providing Change Management training to the suppliers 

• Familiar with Industry 4.0 material handling and stock management approaches 

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering 

•Using analytical analysis tools to manage problems. 

•Excellent verbal and written skills in English 

•Excellent communication skills at all levels

•At least 2 years experience
