We are currently looking for a Enterprise Architect  . The position will be based on Sancaktepe / İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:

•Preferably, BSc degree in Computer, Electronics or Mathematics Engineering.

•Has at least 10 years Working Life experience.

•Has at least 6 years experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Software/Infrastructure Architecture.

•Has experience in Developing and Managing Information Systems Strategies, Creation, Verification and Improvement of Useful and Lean Information System Models, Identifying Requirements and Effective Interpretation, Problem Definition and Solution.

•Preferably, has proficiency in TOGAF Standard knowledge.

•Has experience in Service Oriented Architectures and Application Design.

•Preferably, has knowledge on some of: Software Development Methodologies, Technologies and Languages such as Web-based Multilayer Application/API Development with ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, Web Services, SOAP, API, REST, JSON and XML.

•Has experience in Systems Integration.

•Has experience in using Visio and PowerPoint tools. Preferably experience in ARIS tool.

•Has Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills which will be necessary to examine and analyze the business systems, to determine trends on systems and processes and to and develop ways to streamline processes to function in the most effective and efficient way.

•Has Strong Planning and Organization, Strategic Thinking skills.

•Has Effective Communication, High Persuasion and Reconciliation skills.

•Has enthusiasm and willingness to pursue Continuous Research and learn New Technologies and Methods.

•Able to adapt to work with the teams that implement Agile Methodology.

•Has strong Individual Motivation.

•Advanced Level English.

•Military service completed for male candidates.


Responsibilities

•Ensuring the execution of the EA (Enterprise Architecture) activities including the Coordination of Enterprise Information Systems, Data, Technical and Functional Solution Architecture.

•Create necessary High-Level Roadmaps, Architecture and Strategic Plans for the Company's and IT's Vision, Goals and Strategies.

•Providing the necessary guidance for the Roadmaps and Planned Projects to reach the Useful Business Results and to get the Business and IT Investment Decisions in the most beneficial way. To this end, to carry out the required work with the relevant Stakeholders, including the Business Units, IT Managers and Business Analysts.

•Identifying Capabilities for the implementation of Business Strategies and Roadmaps and introducing Key Concerns and Pain Points which adversely affect Business Model and Operations.

•Within the scope of Projects handled by IT, work in coordination with the Project Teams, to ensure compliance with the Enterprise Architecture and to guide them, to establish effective and efficient solutions in order to eliminate the problem resources. Report the compliance status of the Projects in terms of Enterprise Architecture.

•Follow the Innovations and New Developments related to the elements constituting Enterprise Architecture.

•Create and keep the IT Technology Roadmap in place by working with relevant teams and suppliers.

•Research and investigate the structure and evolution of Enterprise Architecture of Ford Motor Company, to propose or implement the appropriate ones for Ford Otosan.

•Ensure that Enterprise Architecture activities are maintained in compliance with Ford Otosan, Koç Holding and Ford Motor Company IT Policies.
