We are looking for a Manufacturing Finance Speacialist to be a part of our Finance team. The position will be located inGölcük/Kocaeli and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• B.Sc degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics
• Advance command of written and spoken English 
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Access) 
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Have strong communication skills and being a good team member 
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Establishing monthly and annual financial forecasts in order to support Ford Otosan and its subsidiaries,
• Preparing annual budget and five-year long-term business plans for related departments,
• Analyzing the differences between financial objectives and actuals, sharing with related departments,
• Ensuring coordination among top management and departments for financial targets,
• Ensuring control of incoming and outgoing financial data,
• Making necessary control and analysis for investment decisions,
• Establishing an effective working environment by providing necessary information to departments for financial operations.
