 Job Details:

 • Lead physical build for prototype engines&transmission 

• Develop prototype build strategies according to program specific conditions 

• Preparation of loading charts, build schedules 

• Ensure that flow rate is in line with build and capacity requirements and meets program targets 

• Instrumentation of powertrain units 

• Support of the prototype update and problem solving in test cell 

• Determine tool support to the build sites depending on the build necessities and tool design for specific parts of the units 

 • Coordinate actions to ensure that the unit build log is updated in line with BOM(Bill of Material) • Prepare and present evidence documents in line with Ford Global Product Development System process 

 • Develop, execute and maintain annual investment and expense plans

 • Coordinate R&D Test Center's tools and setups repair, maintenance and calibration 

 • Workload plan and organize technicians with the build site to catch the timing

 • Develop and launch new assembly methods of prototype part implementations for prototype building time and quality improvement 

 • Assembly Manual preparation and update 

 • Problem resolution via 6 Sigma, Triz etc. 

 • Unit and component design support by prototype and service perspective

 • Benchmark studies 

  Requirements: 

*Excellent verbal and written skills in English 

 *Excellent communication skills 

 *Willing to do outstanding jobs 

 *Familiar to engine&transmission components and systems

*Familiar to CAD programs (CATIA V5, Team Center, Solidworks etc.) 

 *Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people 

 *Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility 

 *Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas 

 *Should be able to travel frequently 

 *Strong engineering outlook, hands-on engineering foundation and eager to learn  

*Ability to perform multi-task assignments effectively 

 *Proactivity and initiative to solve issues when necessary
