    We are currently looking for a Service Engineer (LCV & MCV). The position will be based on Sancaktepe / İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • General computer usage skills is a must. Advance level MS Office and CAD program skills are preferences.

  • No obligations to travel, B segment driving licence is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering are preferred

     

    Responsibilities

  • Implement quality issue solutions and service methods to increase FIRFT (Fix It Right First Time) and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Implement low cost repair solutions

  • Translate and approve Dealer Concern Reports and coached dealers to improve concern report quality

  • Manage quality issues with Product Development and Plant teams

  • Prepare and approve Technical Service Bulletins and guide Product Development teams on Field Service Action issues and Technical Service Bulletin requests

  • Organize after sales studies such as Owner Manuals, Electronic Repair Catalogue, Sales&After Sales Forms, Labor Time, Periodical Maintenance Documents for new model programs

  • Manage Field Service Quality Review Meetings to implement and monitor quality solutions

  • Publish and coordinate Field Service Actions.

  • Support dealerships and team members on vehicle repair methodology assistance and non-repair technical support

  • When necessary, meet / communicate with customers to resolve and inform them on their technical concerns
