We are currently looking for a Service Engineer (LCV & MCV). The position will be based on Sancaktepe / İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:
General computer usage skills is a must. Advance level MS Office and CAD program skills are preferences.
No obligations to travel, B segment driving licence is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering are preferred
Responsibilities
Implement quality issue solutions and service methods to increase FIRFT (Fix It Right First Time) and improve customer satisfaction.
Implement low cost repair solutions
Translate and approve Dealer Concern Reports and coached dealers to improve concern report quality
Manage quality issues with Product Development and Plant teams
Prepare and approve Technical Service Bulletins and guide Product Development teams on Field Service Action issues and Technical Service Bulletin requests
Organize after sales studies such as Owner Manuals, Electronic Repair Catalogue, Sales&After Sales Forms, Labor Time, Periodical Maintenance Documents for new model programs
Manage Field Service Quality Review Meetings to implement and monitor quality solutions
Publish and coordinate Field Service Actions.
Support dealerships and team members on vehicle repair methodology assistance and non-repair technical support
When necessary, meet / communicate with customers to resolve and inform them on their technical concerns
