QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree (either BSc./MSc.) in mechanical, mechatronics, automotive or industrial engineering.
• Experience in automotive industry and project management.
• Excellent command of English ability both written and spoken.
• Experience in assessment of quality issues, root cause analysis with using problem solving techniques, implementation/follow-up of containment actions.
• Good Knowledge of basic core quality approaches like; FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
• Good knowledge of problem Solving Methods (6 Sigma, Fish Bone, 5 Why, 8D etc.),
• Strong follow-up and responsibility skills.
• Multitasking abilities.
• A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to travel.
• Military Service: Completed.

İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for candidates who will support our Plant Vehicle Team.- Responsible for serial production engineering activities of Transit/Tourneo Courier.
- Responsible for the quality interface with the customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quick follow up to problems/customer concerns, good root cause analysis and complete feedback.
- Lead feasibility studies of engineering design changes by collaboration with suppliers and purchasing/manufacturing teams.
- Define customer expectations and lead improvement actions by using core quality approaches.
- Integrate studies through Ford Quality systems and prepare weekly/monthly quality reports. Present status in related Quality meetings.
- Lead test activities regarding design changes of serial production components according to engineering requirements.
- Communication with stakeholders about improvements and customer specific requirements. Work closely with cross attribute teams to define a system meeting the requirements.
- Sustain Mass Production Quality through supplier, inhouse production & quality system improvement activities.
- Lead introduction of engineering changes in serial production by coordination with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Planning departments.
- Meeting requirements of durability, vehicle dynamics, NVH, cost reduction, productability and serviceability in order to ensure robust engineering activites of current product.
