We are currently looking for candidates for Vehicle Testing Engineer based on Eskişehir, İnönü.

Job Description:

*Plan, execute & manage Vehicle Durability & Mileage Accumulation Testing  

*Plans testing resource allocation (driver, T-plate) & expenditures (fuel, "otobil" etc.) to create test budget prior to testing

*Responsible from identifying proper route matching with test objectives, maneouvres, driving health&safety

*Plans Driver's trainings considering test method as well as the driving health & safety

*Ensures all mileage testing process deliverables meet program requirements in terms of timing & budget

*Communicates information flow from field to program by data & verbal explanation of issues

*Tracks & reports test status versus targets, identifies & executes action plans to reduce downtimes

*Coordinates Team support, spare part flow to field/Workshops in case of issues that stop testing

*Runs vehicle testing workstream by cost center business model.

*Regularly visits&checks test vehicles at testing areas.

*Periodically checks and concurs vehicle testing 

Qalifications:

* Should be able to travel frequently

* Familiar to CAD programs (CATIA V5, Team Center, Solidworks etc.)

* Strong engineering outlook and eager to learn

* Ability to perform multi-task assignments effectively

* Advanced English language skills (verbal/written)

* B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering
