We are currently looking for Dealer Technical Training Senior Specialists. The position will be based on Sancaktepe / Istanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:

•            Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Teaching

•            Minimum 5 years of related experience in automotive sector

•            Experienced in designing online trainings and creating training documentation

•            'Camtasia' and 'Articulate 360' online training programs are being used in training department. We expect you to use these programs and improve training content quality

•            Excellent command of written and spoken English

•            Having good command of MS Office programs

•            Anlytical, having positive attitude manner and strong communication skills, open to innovations

•            Have driving license (B) and no travel limitations

•            Love to learn and teach

•            Enthusiastic about automotive / heavy commercial vehicle industry

Responsibilities:

•            Designing and delivering regional, class, online technical trainings for dealers’ technical employees and improving their technical competencies such as Engine, Powertrain, Chassis, Electric and Problem Solving Methods.

•            Following the emerging technologies, developing, updating and training technical trainings in accordance with Ford Otosan standards and organizing them in accordance with the domestic and international markets.

•            Understanding needs and updating content with related departments (especially Service Engineering & Warranty) and dealers.

•            Following Ford of Europe's trainings and implementing them into local market appropriately.

•            Performing level/certification examinations and evaluating the dealer technicians

•            Following digitalization and adapting training methods for better and quicker learning.

•            Involving in supplier negotiations
