We are currently looking for candidates for the position ofPlant Vehicle Team, Vehicle Engineerdirectly reports toPVT VehicleSupervisor in ourProduct Development Team!

Job Description:

·         Active vehicle driving to evaluate vehicle attributes

·        Executes V36X PVT Vehicle Engineering studies for delivering program quality objectives as Things Gone Wrong, Warranty and Customer Satisfaction.

·        Leading vehicle drive organizations / PVP, Istanbul Park, and concern based evaluations regarding PMT design changes, customer complaints and quality actions

·        Leading resolution of quality issues related with VE attributes:

o   Prepare project outlines, time plans, technical analysis reports and test specifications.

o   Analyse quality feedback using customers TGW and Warranty inputs & drives

o   Use quality methodologies to investigate problems root causes (8D, FMEA, CCC panel, 6 sigma)

o   Leading group of engineers from different departments in order to resolve quality problems and implement actions (related with design/ process quality/ supplier quality)

o   When necessary/ Prepare technical research, conduct benchmark studies

·        Actively involved in production quality studies which are related with VE attributes

·        Lead Global VFG meetings with colleagues from Merkenich, KCap, Elabuga

Experience and Background Skills Desired:

·        Engineering degree

·        Active vehicle driver. Keen on analyzing vehicle attributes during drive.

·        Competent in communication and presentation skills (oral and written). Able to operate across different nationalities, cultures and time zones; excellent networking skills.

·        Advanced level of English.

·        Experience and ability to lead a group through issues and managing projects.

·        Able to travel abroad

·        Preferably knowledge/experience of major Ford processes. WERS, MKS, BSAQ, AIMS, CMM, PSW.

·        Preferably greenbelt, and able to define steps for 8D, FMEA
