We are currently looking for candidates for Powertrain Prototype Build Engineer based on Eskişehir, İnönü.

Job Description:

• Lead physical build for prototype engines&transmission

• Develop prototype build strategies according to program specific conditions

• Basic knowledge of Instrumentation fundamental

• Support of the prototype update and problem solving in test cell

• Coordinate actions to ensure that the unit build log is updated in line with BOM(Bill of Material)

• Develop, execute and maintain annual investment and expense plans

• Coordinate R&D Test Center's tools and setups repair, maintenance and calibration

• Develop and launch new assembly methods of prototype part implementations for prototype building time and quality improvement

• Assembly Manual preparation and update

• Problem resolution via 6 Sigma, Triz etc.

• Benchmark studies

Qualifications:

* Should be able to travel frequently

* Familiar to CAD programs (CATIA V5, Team Center, Solidworks etc.)

* Strong engineering outlook and eager to learn

* Ability to perform multi-task assignments effectively

* Advanced English language skills (verbal/written)

* B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering
