We are currently looking for a Production Technology Engineer to joinYeniköy Plant Assembly Production team! The position will be based in Gölcük/Kocaeli and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Having strong communication skills, ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, analytical, customer oriented and result driven
• Strong time management and organizing skills; having the ability to prioritize workload across team members 
• Advanced English knowledge both verbally and written. 
• Able to use MS Office applications

Job Decription:

• Leading mechanical maintenance and improvement activities in Assembly production lines. 
• Will be responsible for the design, commissioning and development of facilities and equipment that provide production in assembly lines in accordance with vehicle design specifications, quality standards and customer demands, supporting capacity targets.
• Leading and coaching maintenance and manufacturing plant employees.
• Ensure and supervise the implementation and continuity of Ford Manufacturing Systems principles.
