We are looking for a PTO Manufacturing Engineer to be a part of our Powertrain Area Department. The position will be located in İnönü/Eskişehir and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• B.Sc degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Manufacturing Engineering 

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment preferably in the automotive industry.

 • Excellent communication skills at all levels 

• Advanced English language skills (verbal / written) 

Job Description

• Takes the full responsibility of a new engine and/or powertrain product at Ford Otosan Inonu PTO Plant from concept phase all the way to serial production.

 • Develops manufacturing/assembly processes by studying product requirements. 

• Conducts the procurement and implementation process of all machine /equipment / tools for the new PTO product.

 • Ensures all quality documentation for the new product are prepared in conformance to Ford Otosan standards.

 • Ensures that the layout studies are prepared / approved and implemented to suit the requirements of the plant and the product. 

• Conducts the PPAP/PSW studies for the new product.

 • Conducts investment feasibility studies for potential future projects.
