We are currently looking for candidates for Product Development Kocaeli Plant Vehicle Team.  

 Job Description: 

 • Organize the implementation of ongoing production engineering changes 

 • Investigate the effects of the engineering changes to the Kocaeli and Elabuga & Kansas Plants’ manufacturing areas after suggested modifications on parts taking into consideration customer complaints or quality improvements 

 • Coordinate the manufacturing (body shop, paint shop ,assembly shop) and product development departments regarding the change demands 

 • Prepare feasibility of the influenced areas in terms of labour and equipment costs for Kocaeli plant 

 • Follow up of the necessary equipment capex, order and installation for body, paint and assembly areas 

 • Organize trials with PPAP’ed samples with the attendance of required departments 

 • Provide to attendance of responsible person to perform FB and to be ensure that GSPAS update after introduction 

 • Report the trial results to the effected plants and coordinates the introduction with material planning and logistics, plant manufacturing and quality teams 

 • Lead weekly Elabuga & Kansas coordination meeting for effected common parts & suppliers 

 • Organize line trials about test notification form requested by engineering teams 

 • Consider & approves the alerts which is generated for alternative usage, critical parts, early implementation with IPSW and various vehicle bom deviation requests 

 • Lead regular coordination meeting between Elabuga, Kansas and Kocaeli plants to discuss T&F issues, concern and current FB status for effected plants 

 Requirements: 

 • Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical, Metallurgy & Material, Automotive Engineering)

 • Knowledge and experience of major Ford processes: WERS, CMMS-3, PSW, OTG 

 • Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to operate in a diverse environment with teams across different nationalities, cultures and time zones; excellent networking skills 

 • Advanced level of English both written and spoken 

 • Experience in these positions is a plus 

 • No military obligation for male candidates
