We are currently looking for candidates for Product Development Kocaeli Plant Vehicle Team.

Job Description:

• Analyze TGW and Warranty issues and identify as supplier quality, final assembly plant process quality, design quality or as any other source

• Coordinate resolution of supplier quality and plant quality/manufacturing issues by liaising with relevant teams

• Identify best design solution for design quality issues by liaising with Core Engineering teams

• Drive engineering concerns through change management process

• Act as member of Variability Reduction Team and lead for PVT roles

• Raise and track projects through Balanced Single Agenda for Quality system

• Support in-cycle program changes

• Resolution of Fresh Eyes Review and AIMS issues

• Use 6 Sigma tools and processes for resolution of complex problems

• Develop/Implement Quicker Service Fix

• Production vehicles Bill of Material record corrections

• Service parts release and record corrections

• Assessment of Alert and SREA requests

• Support lead and sister vehicle plants for resolution of manufacturability issues

• Ensure and facilitate appropriate communications links with internal / external activities / areas.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree

• Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to operate in a diverse environment with teams across different nationalities, cultures and time zones; excellent networking skills

• Advanced level of English both written and spoken

• Experience in these positions is a plus

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Able to travel domestic and abroad

• Be familiar with and operate according to the Ford Quality System, including all procedures, reference sources, local procedures, local working practices and best practice engineering and quality tools / processes

• Knowledge on engineering & quality systems and tools
