Project Engineer – APQP / CM

As FORMPLAST we are looking for a candidate with the following criteria to carry out project management, in our fast-growing team of Bozüyük location.

·      B.Sc or M.Sc degree (Engineering faculty will be preferred)

·      Minimum 3 years of project engineering work experience in Automotive industry including serial part production

·      Experienced in automotive industry about new product launch and change management processes

·      Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic,

·      Work in a team environment and be a good team player,

·      Having strong communication and coordination skills,

·      Being innovative and open to learning,

·      Fluent in English both written and spoken,(this is a must)

·      No restriction for travelling,

·      Having B level drive licence,

·      Residing in Eskişehir or Bozüyük or relocate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Taking active roles on all kind of technical processes of new and ongoing projects,

·      Controlling Project process, leads relevant departments according to Project schedules,

·      Acting as a main bridge between the customer and Formplast by coordinating all team members based on the customer’s requests,

·      Reporting weekly and monthly to the management,

·      Keeping all records in ERP system and related softwares up to date continuously,

·      Working on technical norms, 2D-3D data and customer related software platforms,

·      Proactive in finding permanent solutions for engineering,

·      Manage relationships involving internal and external partners from different areas and people,
