We arelookingtorecruit an experienced  building materials  Logistics Coordinator English 

Language communication Skills, spoken & written is indispensable 

Responsibilities are as follows: 

1- Collaborate and Coordination with other departments to integrate logistics with

Orders processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or

shipping.

2- Selection of Couriers and Shipping companies and Negotiate transportation rates

or services.

3- Processing of Documents for shipments (Invoices, B/L, Certificate of Origins)

4- Cost reduction opportunities by obtaining several quotes for shipments and/review

pricing on a periodic basis with the goal of improving the collective performance of

Shipping and logistics  function

5- Maintain reports and documentations of all goods traffic and On Hands by project

for accurate internal reporting

6- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports,

or customer issues.

7- Improve policies or procedures for logistics activities.

8- Follow and ensure compliance with the Company procurement and contract

administration procedures at all times

9- Approval of logistics and shipping vendor billings

About You

As a Logistics Coordinator you need to have the following Qualifications, Experience & 

Skills:

• University Degree

• 3-5 years  experience in professional position ( procurement /supply chain management are

desirable) 

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical skills essential

• Fluent in English  oral and written is a Must

• Process driven

• Data entry, keyboarding, general office skills

Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks program is plus-we can train you
