Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the work measurements, design and provide the standard operator work environment in order to improve safety quality, productivity and delivery performance at the shop floor with respect to the company targets and KPI's.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Safety, Quality, and Productivity & efficiency improvement
• Following up and improve product assembly methods and mechanical workshop operation methods
• Plan and organize activities in order to increase the machine OEE and production efficiency with relevant departments,
• Take a part in cost improvement projects and lean studies.
• Entering new routings into SAP system for new products and variant and maintenance of the current routings
• Work content analysis and preparation of standard work sheet, line balance sheets and cell layouts

• Bachelor's degree from Machanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience,
• Good command of Microsoft Office as well as SAP,
• Fluent in English language, Italian language is an asset,
• Organizational Skills for line balancing activities in production
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills,
• Problem Solving and collaborative approach
• Result Oriented and project management knowledge
• Military service completed for male candidates.
