• Minimum of 2 year previous supervisory experience in a 5 star property in a similar position.
• Fluency in English, another languages, especially Arabic, are a plus.
• Demonstrates advanced organizational and managerial skills.
• Provides leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. 
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations.

İŞ TANIMI

• To be fully conversant with room status to maximize room sales
• To provide cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required
• To be fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures
• To create and implement new procedures for new programs
• To oversee the pre-allocation of V.I.P./Regular Guest rooms
• To help prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan.
• To ensure all Front Office Operations are adequately staffed
• To ensure the Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department
