Compliance Monitoring Engineer & Specialist

We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Engineer & Specialist   who will work at the Headquartes of Freebird Airlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering as Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial,
• At least 3 years of experience in Management Systems and related aviation regulations, (ISO 9001, SHY-145, SHY-M, etc.)
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish, (in writing and speaking)
• Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications,
• Being confidential and open-minded,
• Strong discussion skills and analysis /synthesis capabilities,
• High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
• Being target-oriented, having the ability to set priorities for effective time management,
• Organizational and teamwork ability,
• High responsibility and stress resistance.

Tasks:

• Assists Compliance Monitoring Manager with proper implementation and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program,
• Monitoring regulatory requirements and standards,
• Ensuring that requirements are properly assessed and adopted into company processes,
• Monitor effective implementation of company procedures by performing audits and inspections,
•  Monitor the effectiveness of possible corrective action,
• Support for recording, filing and if applicable, distribution of the incoming/outgoing CM documents as well as making the general correspondence (e.g.; EASA, DGCA etc.)
• To perform internal and external audits and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions as an authorized auditor.
