Fresenius- Kabi Turkey, for its future development plans, is looking for ‘Product Manager’, who has/is;
 

·         University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Biological Sciences or a relevant discipline in a reputable university

·         4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager, with a proven record of success

·         Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills oriented towards delivering business results

·         Strong sense of responsibility and dedication

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm

·         Good at developing special marketing programs & establishing network with key stakeholders

·         Competent in teamwork, quick learning and strong communication skills

·         Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches

·         Available for frequent travelling domestically and abroad

·         Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

·         Good level of MS Office applications, excellent command of Excel

·         No military obligation for male candidates

This person will be responsible for; 

·         Reporting to Marketing Director

·         Preparing annual marketing plans and brand strategy for defined markets

·         Leading and successfully executing assigned marketing programs, organizations, operations and projects

·         Managing defined budgets through closely working with colleagues from marketing, sales, and accounting

·         Preparing and reviewing analytical reports for product range, market and competitors regularly

·         Tracking sales performance through closely working with sales managers, team and SFE.

·         Providing trainings and share of company strategy to the field force, on an ongoing basis

·         Close follow-up of regulations in order to be prepared for changes and challenges

·         Ensuring on-going communication and co-operation with related departments in company and third parties

·         Establishing a strong communication with sales managers and sales team

·         Actively visiting customers and establishing strong relationships
