We’re looking for an Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Responsible to be part of our HR Team located in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out the recruitment process (job posting, database search, phone interview, application of evaluation tools, reference checks, feedback and offer)
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, carrier sites, employee referrals, etc.
• Taking an active role in the whole recruitment process, coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates, working closely with line managers to deliver recruitment needs,
• Preparation of follow-up, analysis, and reports regarding the recruitment process.
• Providing weekly - monthly analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the management.
• Supporting other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with business needs.
• Lead/execute onboarding process for newcomers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology and or related departments.
• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably working experience in selection / recruitment consultancy firms or corporate firms.
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Team worker, problem solver and results driven.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills, ability to deal with. situations where multitasking is frequently required.
• Detail-oriented without losing the big picture.
• Motivated to pursue a career in HR.
