HSE Specialist

As a part of a Multinational Company, we are seeking for an 'HSE Specialist' to join the team of our company. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Preferably Engineering Departments),
• Minimum C or B Class Legal Health and Safety Environment Expert Certificate,
• 3+ years’ experience in Production Industry preferably Automotive sector,
• Fluent in English,
• Understanding of various HSE methods,
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations related to manufacturing operations,
• Highly organized, team player, pro-active and result oriented,
• No military obligation for male candidate,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing and managing occupational safety and health management systems in accordance with local statutory requirements as well as Freudenberg HSE standards and Business Group HSE standards,
• Representing Freudenberg Bursa location about HSE in global Freudenberg companies,
• Developing and supporting the implementation of a systematic hazard identification and risk assessment procedure,
• Tracking occupational accidents / illnesses and environmental incidents in order to draw the employer's attention to measures and courses of action to prevent similar accidents occurring in the future,
• The implementation of occupational health, workplace safety and environmental protection measures,
• Supporting the employer and staff on current and proposed HSE legislative and practice requirements,
• Identifying, evaluating and proposing preventive and control measures to avoid negative environmental impact.
