Process Engineer

• University degree in Electric - Electronics, Automation Technology or Mechatronic.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Advanced knowledge in English language
• Advanced knowledge inelectronics, mechanical functions, in programming high level language e.g. C,BASIC,PLC,HMI,WİN CC,Prp Toll, Graph,.
• Advanced experience in error analysis of electrical systems
• Knowledge in Windows NT operating system
• Preferably basic level knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic
• Ability of problem solving
• A flexible approach with the ability and willingness to travel (domestic/abroad)
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Process Engineer will report to Production Manager
• Planning of work to be done and improvements and reporting of work done,
• Development and revision of new business unit adaptation of assembly lines and equipments (machine, apparatus) to new projects,
• Support the creation of technical standards in production
• For new products, run machines, fixtures and ensure capabilities for related processes
• Participate problem solving teams, Zero Defect Analyzing,
• Being responsible for improvement projects, 5S, SMED, TPM Cost Reduction, Standard Work, Value Stream Map and prepare and keep up to date process documentation .
• Optimizing machine parameters
• Be able to give PLC training
• To apply the standards for the machines and equipment of processes
• Responsible for increasing efficiency and reliability of current machining or assembly lines in coordination with maintenance and production team
