QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in related departments,
• Experience in related positions is an asset,
• English or German knowledge is an asset,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
• Self-motivated and have business mindset,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living in Gebze, İzmit, İstanbul Anatolian Side (İdealtepe-Cevizli-Atalar-Kartal-Sahilyolu-Pendik-E5-Roma Plastik), (Acıbadem, E5, Roma Plastik)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to necessary departments,
• Registration of incoming faxes and delivering to relevant departments,
• Registration of packages and documents brought by cargo companies and directing,
• Preparing the shipment records (consignment) and delivering the package to the cargo companies,
• Answering job applicants via telephone and informing them,
• Making hotel and airline reservations,
• Guest welcoming and directing them to the related meeting room,
• Preparation of visa documents for employees going abroad,
• Follow-up and celebration of special day celebrations, birthday and baby shower celebrations,
• Supporting the operational processes of the human resources department,
• Controlling the cleanliness of the administrative building
