FRUVE NATURAL FOODS is a BRC and IFS accredited fruit and vegetable processing company oriented towards export markets. Processing plant is located in Bergama, Izmir and is one of the primary sources of employment for the surrounding regions; while sales office is located in Karsiyaka, Izmir.

 POSITION INFORMATION:

Opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team, office located in Karsiyaka, Izmir; 

• Design websites and create content for various brands of company and for products, 
• Use SEO maximization and web tools to improve search engine rankings;
• Use social media and the web to maintain customer relationships and to gain additional customers;
• Write on company blog and other relevant blogs in order to drive traffic to our website and social media sites;
• Create and lead social media initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, etc.;
• Create posts, share updates in order to maintain and enhance company’s social media presence; 
• Monitor and engage with user comments across all social media channels;
• Stay up-to-date on social media best practices;
• Assisting in creating product catalogs, photo-shooting sessions;
• Play an active role in marketing the company and products; 
• Assist in additional sales and marketing work when needed;
• Recommend new ideas for user engagement;
• Plan and develop short term as well as long term goals;
• Analyse and report on results, recommend new initiatives;
• Work towards KPIs and targets set by management;
• Follow and carry-out instructions from Sales and Marketing Director;                                                          

GENERAL FEATURES:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media work;
• Proficient in English language (advance level in reading, writing and speech);
• Preferably proficiency in a 2nd foreign language from Europe or East Asia (intermediate level in reading, writing and speech);
• Preferably language proficiency is certified by an accredited organization;
• Knowledgeable of Social Media Ad campaign management;
• Trained and experienced in SEO, web design;
• Preferably experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
• Preferably experienced in photography and video taking/editing;
• Works with discipline and diligence, in both personal tasks and team environment;
• Detail oriented;
• Possesses professional work ethics;
• Possesses great communication skills, sociable, friendly and ambitious;
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges;
• Microsoft Office (intermediate to advance level in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Male candidates must have completed their obligatory military duty;
