QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS 

Technical Service Engineer (TSE) is the primary contact for Fujifilm  (FF) distributors / dealers servicing and repairs needs ensuring that our customers’ equipment operates efficiently at all times. TSE will be responsible for Fujifilm In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products technical needs managing.

 

The TSE will be responsible for training organization, distributor / dealer support for unsolved problems, monitoring installs, upgrades and performing preventative maintenance on all FF equipment in the assigned territory. The TSE operates in a designated field service territory and represents FF which requires a high level of professional communication with their team, customers, management, sales and other teams.

  • Monitoring troubleshoots in the territory, support all distributors / dealers for FF equipment within an assigned service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades per FF guidelines.
  • Follow up the technical update from Fujifilm Japan and informing to Distributors / Dealers
  • Managing the communication between Fujifilm Japan / Europe and Distributors / Dealers for unsolved problems in assigned territory.
  • Monitoring distributors / dealers for their service performance and reporting to division manager.
  • Periodically visit to Distributors / Dealers in order to keep them updated.
  • Managing the service training for Distributor / Dealers.
  • If Distributors / Customers couldn’t solve the problems in the field, visiting to the end users in order to diagnose the problems and solve.
  • Examine difficult customer issues, diagnose, and resolve the issues and meet established customer service levels.
  • Managing spare part and service tool conditions for distributors / dealers.
  • Supply creative feedbacks to increase the quality-of-service operations and processes.
  • Maintain effective territory management and expense control which includes timely completion and submission of field service reports and other required documentation according FF procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support FF Sales by attending and participating exhibitions.
  • Be confident to be an important face to the customer and be strongly service minded
  • To identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer’s satisfaction with FF.
  • Managing and Inputting device information from the field into the CRM software system. 

We are looking for an  with the following qualifications for our Maltepe Office.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Frequent use and application of technical documentation, standards, principles, concepts, and Technical Service Engineer techniques in the field.
  • Uses acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
  • Familiar with IVD equipment’s and Laboratory process.
  • Having B driving license and active car driver, no obstacles for traveling
  • No military obligation.
  • Turkish and Russian language must be as native speaker and writer. English language level should be fluent.
  • Presentation skill should be good.
  • University degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineer, Biomedical Engineer or related departments from universities.
  • Preferable Min. +2 years medical laboratory experiences.
  • Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components with intermediate level
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills. Competent with relevant IT technology include.
  • Computer systems and MS Office systems knowledge should be good.
