 We are looking for a “Mobile Supervisor” to be responsible on our guest services operations located in European side of İstanbul – Başakşehir, Güneşli, Maslak and Taksim areas.

• Work with our team of Operations Managers to ensure our properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for our guests,
• "Be NewInn’s "boots on the ground" to help resolve issues impacting our guests such as handling guest concerns, requests, maintenance matters/repairs and technology issues (e.g., supervising handyman/locksmith/plumber, managing deliveries, handling building maintenance/follow-up, resolving WIFI/TV issues, etc.),
• Perform unit check-in & check-outs before and after every guest stay to ensure each apartment meets business + guest quality standards,
• Carry out NewInn Apartments walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met when it comes to post maintenance/service requests, interiors/furnishing specifications, and overall design and aesthetics,
• Showcase your knack for custom-centricity by being the main point of contact between our guests and the Customer Experience team,
• Balance workflow processes with independent on-the-go work most of the time, and desk-based tasks the rest of the time.

Job Description

• Detail-oriented, 
• Confident user of technology,
• Has a valid driver’s licence A1, A2 or B Class,
• A positive, driven, upbeat and friendly personality.
