To be assigned in our Sakarya Cadde 54 project, which is connected to the Mecidiyeköy Head Office;

QUALIFICATION

• Previous experience in a similar role for Operational Services in a luxury work environment,
• Good command of English,
• Must have strong Housing management knowledge and relevant experience,
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects,
• Confident, approachable, professional, able to motivate the team under pressure and use diplomacy to deal with different situations,
• Being passionate about providing the best service to your residents,
• Quality arising from the passion for excellence,
• Must have excellent leadership and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the coordination of field teams (such as cleaners, operations supervisors),
• Arrangement of working hours and shifts of field teams,
• To be in contact with departments such as sales and reservations and to make relevant arrangements,
• Follow up of guest entries and exits,
• Identifying the deficiencies in the flats and sharing them with the onboarding team,
• Making weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports,
• Execution of the operations of our residences in Serdivan/Sakarya region.
