QUALIFICATIONS ;

We are looking for aggressive and qualified Team Member for our Operations  Team in Istanbul as OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE.

•  He / She must be holding a University Degree.
•  Min 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.
•  Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
•  He / She will be fully responsible from all the operation, software filing and documentation.
•  He / She will be reporting directly to Managers.
•  Strong relationship management and presentation skills.
•  Pays a detailed attention to his/her dealings as well as professional appearance.
•  Achievement driven, customer oriented, initiative, good team player and result oriented.
•  Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB Description ;

•  To handle day to day export/import operations for the key accounts.
•  Continuous communication with the customer, and join customer meetings.
•  Timely and accurate data entry of booking and transport requirements. Full ability to use systems and to verify rate filings.
•  Timely and accurate documentation management as outlined in agreed customer procedures.
•  Timely and accurate invoicing of our selling rates to our customers.
•  With support of manager and colleagues, to operate in all related areas.
