• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mathematics and related Information Technologies,
• Minimum 2 years of experience,  ETL platform preferable.
• Fluent in at least 2 of these languages: Java, C++, Python, Ruby, Bash Scripting, SQL
• Knowledge relational database management theory and practice.
• Experience in various cloud enviroinment such as Amazon
• Understanding of search products, NOSQL database
• Working with BIG Data environment such as Hadoop, Kafka will be plus
• Data Warehousing fundamentals and Knowledge of ETL and data management
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years

İŞ TANIMI

• Resolve technical issues through research, reproduction, debugging
• Responsible for handling customer escalations
• Develop knowledge base content
• Provide feedback to and work hand-in-hand with development to continuously improve supportability features and the documentation
• Manage customer support cases on a daily basis, including verifying cases, isolating and diagnosing the problem, and resolving the issue
• Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term
• Act as development support for internal and external clients
