Principal Big Data Consultant

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study, a Master degree is a plus,
• Preferably have an experience minimum 10 years,
• Very good command of English,
• Skills in Java, Python or Scala,
• Good knowledge on Stream Processing,
• Have an experience on Amazon and such a cloud environment,
• Basic knowledge on different machine learning techniques and data science tools,
• Strong background in data structures and algorithms,
• Knowledge on predictive models and/or optimization techniques,
• Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop or any other big data infrastructure is a plus,
• Familiarity with relational database systems and NoSQL database systems is preffered,
• A strong desire to learn and explore new technologies and good analysis and problem-solving skills,
• For male applicants – military duties must be completed or postponed for at least 2 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're hiring a Big Data Team Lead who will be assigned in Big Data projects of Gtech.

• Developing in-house java application with online scraping capabilities and creating and managing data flows with various data platforms,
• Be responsible for data enrichment and manipulation on streaming data in our projects,
• Managing a team of talented colleagues who combine their skills with deep industry knowledge to help our clients to take business performance to new levels.
