• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred,
• 10+ years of project management experience in technology or finance sector,
• Having competence in planning & organization, flexibility, teamwork, persuasion and customer-oriented,
• Result-oriented, able to deal with stress well,
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English,
• Experienced in customer management and business development processes,
• Experienced in Agile methodology and the roles of Scrum Master and / or Product Owner.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Program Manager” to coordinate our multi-stakeholder projects that is developed with different technologies.

• Coordinate relevant stakeholders (R&D, sales, customer, purchasing, production, logistics, suppliers, etc.) in programs and projects,
• Identify customer needs accurately and define business requirements,
• To ensure coordination between all project teams and support groups in order to enable the execution of the projects,
• Managing project risks,
• Leading the project meetings and presentations,
• Keeping all components of the project plan (risk, charts, expectations etc..) up-to-date, and reporting to PMO- Director,
• To monitor the performance and quality of the project team studies,
• Managing and reporting the budget and resource of projects correctly.
