Overseas Sales Manager

We are now looking for a “SALES MANAGER” to be assigned to located at our factory in İnegöl.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in relevant fields, Sales master degree is preferable,
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in sales business, preferably obtained from the furniture industry,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Advanced level of English, second language is preferable,
• Good at building positive business relations and strong communication skills,
• Persuasion skills and ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment,
• Team player, result-oriented attitude and analytical mind,
• Systematic and proactive,
• Able to use MS Office programs at high level,
• No restrictions to travel in all countries.

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with all clients and analyzing all customer demands and necessities to prepare appropriate sales strategies,
• Follow the competitor's activities and the current situation of the market,
• Developing the portfolio by conducting new customer research,
• Protect the corporate and foreign customer portfolio of the region for which it is responsible, to respond to customer requests,
• Increase and develop brand awareness,
• To share the customers requests and expectations with the R&D and design departments,
• Follow fair organizations and lead fair team,
• Follow the production and shipment status of the opened orders,
• Determining the price and payment terms of the requests and providing that entered into the system,
• To follow up the customer payments together with the finance department, to inform the management.
