GAMA Enerji A.Ş, one of the lead Turkish Energy company with an international operating asset, is looking for highly motivated candidates in its growing Strategic Planning and Corporate Development department. 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, economics, or business administration from a top-tier university with strong academic records,
• Preferably MBA degree from a reputable business school,
• Solid experience in strategy development and financial analysis,
• Strong analytical thinking, business planning and problem-solving skills,
• Good understanding of financial modelling,
• Adequate finance, booking and accounting knowledge,
• Advanced excel (macro) and PowerPoint knowledge,
• Ability to perform in an environment with cross-functional teams and work through potential roadblocks possessing emotional maturity,
• Strong reporting and presentation skills to assist and advise management teams,
• Proactive and results oriented approach,
• Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability,
• Strong communication skills and executive presence,
• Passion for analyzing data, market trends, and dynamics.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain long term strategic models of all operational, under execution and under developments assets,
• Work closely with leadership on developing long term strategic plan and objectives, perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis for strategic decision making, conduct periodic value and fact-based reviews (including economic profitability, revenue potential, profitability, capacity utilization, operating cost and quality etc.), and identify and analyze trends and opportunities,
• Follow global and industry related trends to develop company-specific strategies and action plans,
• Prepare detailed business plans and feasibility studies,
• Work with the executives and other departments to identify potential gaps/ accelerants in company’s roadmaps and uncontemplated opportunities,
• Analyze financial implications of strategic options and managing scenario planning,
• Develop process maps, project plans, and KPIs at corporate, division, department and individual level,
• Monitor the balanced scorecard of the company,
• Regularly reporting based on the results of research, analysis and evaluation to senior management and/or relevant parties,
• Maintain communication with range of stakeholders, partners, and creditors and ensure all are informed of current activities and opportunities,
• Coordinate the flow of exact and consistent information throughout all business units,
• Support top management with the preparation of presentation materials; regularly collaborate with various departments for content development.
