Are you a passionate hotelier who wants to be a part of pre-opening team at the Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul ?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales organizations within the company working closely with Director of Sales and assist by understanding the industry and economic trends.

Responsibilities

·         To support the overall strategic sales management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with DOS.

·         Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals

·         Provide forecasts to leadership for sales organizations

·         Responsible of all segments, able to present the hotel in all channels and implement sales strategies.

·         Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary

·         Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the management team

·         Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area

·         Min. 5 years experience in international chain hotels in similar positions

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English)

·         High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen

·         Excellent communication and customer contact skills

·         Pre-Opening experience

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
