Requirements:

- Preferably, more than 1 years of banking or system analysis experience in Banking / IT Sector.

- A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.

- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently.

- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

The responsibilities of this position includes identifiying particular business needs of business partners, analyzing processes and requirements of those needs, and determining solutions that are specified in analysis reports for Software Development department  to develop necessary software applications.The job also requires testing of the software applications that were analyzed as well as maintenance of existing systems.
