Technical Skills

• At least 5 years of software development experience,

• Good knowledge of mainframe and open system languages ??used in Garanti Technology,

• Volunteer in learning  DevOps practices, willing to form strategies and be part of transformation

• Strong coaching aspects that can direct the teams to support DevOps practices and solutions,

• Take an active role in the research, PoC, installation, distribution and availability of software development platforms / tools / Technologies,

• Supports the existing platforms and products (CA Endevor, CA Encyclopedia, CA Gen, Jenkins, Nexus, Bitbucket Git, Sonarscanner, AskGT), update and maintenance,

• Candidate should always have quality, efficiency, automation and self-service model approach

• Contributing to the creation of test automation and continuous testing infrastructures

• Follow the technical trainings related to the technologies we are responsible for and sharing knowledge to the users

• Can think analytically and enjoy problem solving

• Enjoying high-level analyze of products and creating end-to-end solutions

• Advanced communication, persuasion and collaboration skills

• Good knowledge of English

Job Description

Garanti Technology is responsible for the tools, applications, processes and standards required for software development platforms and test infrastructures within the software development lifecycle. From the DevOps perspective, it enables setting standards, integrating tools and developing applications to improve the quality and speed of software development and testing processes. It ensures that all development and test activities are performed within the specified standards and that they are audited and reported with metrics. Assists developer and test software groups that use our products and solutions.
