Technical Skills

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Understanding of software design and development methodologies.
• Experience in one or more programming language(s), preferably Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Experience in full-stack web development.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco IP Networking, IP Telephony and Collaboration Solutions.
• Experience with or willing to learnIP Telephony, IM, VoIP, network design, voice and data network integration concepts, specifically within Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications Solutions Portfolio, and relevant API’s.
• Having certifications and/or trainings on Cisco Voice and Collaboration Network Solutions (e.g. CCNA/CCNP R&S or Collaboration) is a plus.

Job Description

This role expects you to wear two hats: one as a network software developer and the other as a network engineer. You will be implementing, maintaining and supporting enterprise voice and communications infrastructures, while developing web services, web applications and scripts for automation, reporting, monitoring and data integration, on demand, to ease friction and provide an efficient network management, as well as to provide rich end-to-end services.

 Our main areas of expertise are IP Telephony, VoIP, Voice Gateways, SBCs, Instant Messaging (Jabber), IP Contact Center solutions, Voice/Video Recording and Speech Analytics solutions.

We’re expecting you to have a prior experience on software development and to share your know-how with the team, providing a software developer perspective over the networking technologies and similarly the team will walk you through the networking concepts to get you familiar as quickly as possible.
