What Makes You A Perfect Fit


  •  BS or MS in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields

  • At least 3 years of business analysis or process development experience in IT sector

  • Experience in process design on ITIL-based service management and SDLC. ITIL certification, Business Analyst Training/Certification is preferred.

  • Experience of full lifecycle testing and using automated testing tools,  preferably Software Testing Training/Certification, Microfocus UFT knowledge,

  • Knowledge in SQL(MSSQL and ORACLE)

  • Prefer to work in the Agile environment and adopt the Agile mindset

  • Team-oriented, open-minded and good at design thinking,

  • High self-motivation to deal with multiple projects and priorities in alignment with business objectives and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking, outstanding problem solving skills, being eager to learn, enthusiastic about doing research and open for improvement

  • Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years

SMART is our new in-house product ITIL based and COBIT oriented. We serve basically under two portfolios; ITSM and Project/Portfolio Management.

  • Service design and implementation of the processes
  • Demand and Portfolio Management

  • Portfolio/Program/Project Management

  • Agile Project Management, Visual Task Boards

  • Test Management

  • Interaction Management

  • Request Fulfilment Management
