The Garip and Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation is the corporate foundation of YILDIRIM GROUP. 

Established in 2015, its primary focus has always been to give students from all socio-economic backgrounds, equal and fair opportunities through youth development and education initiatives.

To date, we have given more than 312 students scholarships to help with their education and have hosted over 2,300 students in obtaining free English education.

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and passionate marketing specialist who will handle the marketing needs of the Foundation to grow it sustainably with a respectable and uniform brand image.

General Description:

The marketing specialist will work closely with other Foundation representatives and members of YILDIRIM group’s corporate communications team to develop a sustainable strategy to implement and grow the reputation of the foundation.

Responsibilities will include maintaining all websites belonging to the Foundation with help from the IT team, managing social media channels daily and providing input and strategic ideas to maintain and grow the impact of the Foundation in digital and traditional marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create presentations, newsletters, press releases, reports and other forms of communication 
• Develop marketing plans to meet needs of audience and program.
• Develop printed, electronic, and audiovisual materials for the intranet, social media channels and all other mediums requested
• Create, plan, and execute engaging and interactive social media content for the GZYV Foundation
• Assists with the graphic concept development, design, and the production of marketing materials for a variety of initiatives, in cooperation with the corporate communications team
• Produce creative collateral (i.e. pop-up banners, flyers, brochures, email templates, print ads, campaigns, static images, videos, college events promotion, internal media and social media)
• Research best practices for marketing, website strategies and trends; suggest activities to increase awareness of GZYV and website and social media engagement.
• Evaluate and analyze marketing initiatives to determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Attend and document marketing events that the Foundation has or is requested to attend
• Act as an assistant to other roles within Foundation when needed
• Implement online marketing campaigns and track performance including Google AdWords, Facebook ads, and other technologies, as applicable.
