QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Turgutlu facility is looking for Customer Service Representative (Temporary). Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Having a good command of English language.
- Using the MS Office applications effectively.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales, Export, Logistics or similar processes (not required but preferred)
- Must have experience in an automotive supplier
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving the orders sent by the customers and entering into the ERP system completely and accurately on time
- Informing customers about the lead times
- Informing the warehouse team about the shipment schedule
- Preparing commercial documents related to the foreign trade activities and sharing with customers
- Providing sales support in all necessary cases and ensuring the coordination in customer management processes
Preferred Candidate
Associate Degree(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
