•      Responsible for implementing global standard CNC machining programs, standard tools, all related process parameters on CNC lathes.
•        Responsible of preparing work instruction, set up instruction and all related process documents.
•       Contribute to processes related with programming, tooling design, tooling selection, process development, product launch and continuous improvement for CNC Lathe machining operations on a global level.
•       Develop the process to increase OEE, availability rate and reduce costs, investigate new technical solutions
•       Implement and monitor line KPI's :  breakdowns, defect and scrap rates related with machining program/method.
•        Responsible of preparing work instruction, set up instruction and all related process documents.
•       To improve tool design durations, reduce the tool manufacturing duration from design point of view, eliminate over/under quality effect with engineering calculations.
•       Stock management, min-max evaluation and improving the stock procurements with error-proof methods, identifying and standardizing the relations between operations and tools, reducing tool warehouse inventory, calculating the tool consumption on each make parts, testing and improving current/old tools on line. 
•       Takes a role GPS activities at his/her area of responsibility.
•        Manages all kinds of process, equipment and labor related risks (safety  and quality) at CNC machining.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University graduate as a Mechanical Engineer.
•  Minimum 2 years experience in metal cutting processes and CNC machining
•   Able to use CAD/CAM  software’s like GibbsCam / Creo.
• AutoCAD knowledge is also required.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Able to prepare program on  CNC lathe machines with control units like Siemens, Fanuc, etc.
• Experienced in machining methods, tooling design, cutting tool selection.
