 As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join us.Working full-time from our R&D Center in Free Trade Zone Izmir, you will join our team of experts working with cutting-edge technologies on OEM and Replacement products for highly viable and strategic projects.

    Your fit in the organization will be to support customer focus groups on design, prototype and technical reviews of advanced programs.     This position is vital to Gates as you will take part in projects that support strategic business plan and company growth

 Key responsibilities (on top of the above):

  Interpreting customer product design requirements to create product geometry, product detailed drawings     Maintaining change history log using various CAD design software     Scheduling and managing testing and verification plans including prototype availability. Ensuring tested prototypes meet customers’ requirements.       Analyzing, documenting and presenting test results.      Developing product and material production specifications      Providing technical approvals for all ABDS and SBDS tensioner and idler components for series production

 ABOUT YOU

      Engineering degree with 2 to 4 years professional experience, ideally as Design Engineer  Experience using, implementing, and administrating CAD systems.        Good planning and organization skills to work on technical projects and design against deadlines       Good communication and common sense allowing to understand customer requirements and to transfer them into designs needs       Fluent in English.
