WHAT TO EXPECT 

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Working full-time from our Izmir Gaziemir Plant, you will be Senior Cost & Repoting Analyst.   

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure that they remain within the approved budget.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management to support decision-making.

  Key responsibilities:

• Manage the financial reporting process, including preparing financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage a team of accounting to ensure that financial analysis is conducted accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS & US Gaap).
• Monitor and report on financial and operational performance indicators against budget and forecasts.
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure that financial information is accurately captured and reported.

 ABOUT YOU 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Comparable sector experience is a plus 
• Must be fluent in English, both verbally & written
