Responsibilities

To control daily production quantities in coordination with the Production Manager.

To check the adequacy of human, material and machine resources required for the realization of this production program.

To arrange the daily work organization according to the production plan.

Transmitting work instructions to employees and putting the production plan into practice.

To check that the production is in accordance with the determined targets.

Making the necessary decisions for the continuous operation of production.

Analyzing the causes of problems, suggesting solutions and putting them into practice.

To make sure that the production is done in accordance with the instructions, procedures and rules put into practice.

Attending daily continuous improvement meetings, communicating the problems seen in the field the day before and seeking solutions.

To comply with the 5S and process performance indicator targets determined in its region.

To have the machines have autonomous maintenance done and to keep the records regularly.

To carry out the risk assessment process related to the department in accordance with the relevant procedures, to inform the relevant parties about the risk assessment results.

To inform employees about the effects on product quality and the risks affecting the customer in case of inappropriate products.

To determine the necessary trainings for department employees to gain the required competence.

To carry out the process and activities related to our company in line with the goals and objectives of the quality management systems, to ensure their up-to-date and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Having at least 8 years of professional experience.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

To be able to use MS Office programs well.

To have knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Quality Management System processes.
