RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting research, recruiting and archiving incoming job applications in accordance with the employee recruitment procedure in line with the company's employee plans and needs.
  • To collect the trainee needs of the departments and to reach candidates in line with needs by communicating with vocational high schools, vocational high schools, universities and student communities.
  • To prepare training plans in accordance with the training procedure; to realize the training has been recorded, budgeted and to prepare the report of training results and effectiveness.
  • To provide planning and implementation of orientation trainings.
  • To fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Supervisor in Human Resources studies such as job analysis studies, creating job descriptions, job evaluation studies.
  • Keeping up to date on the company organization chart.
  • Using all modules related to the department in the IAS program completely and efficiently.
  • To carry out the risk assessment process related to the department in accordance with the relevant procedures, to inform the relevant parties about the risk assessment results.
  • To carry out the process and activities related to our company in line with the goals and objectives of the quality management systems, to keep them updated and to contribute to its continuous development.
  • Preparing documents for quality management systems, contributing to its continuous improvement and making necessary revisions.
  • To plan the activities that will meet the external and internal customer expectations in line with the company's vision, strategic objectives, policy and employee ethics policy and ensure continuous improvement, and to undertake the responsibility of inspection, monitoring and improvement.
  • To prepare monthly, weekly and annual human resources reports such as recruitment, HR KPI and training.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field.
  • Having a good command of English.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience preferably in automotive industry.
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • High level of planning and organizing skills, proactive thinking.
  • Knowledge of Labor law and regulation of the local market.
  • To be able to use MS Office programs.
