RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the Product Manager in compiling and analyzing competitor’s product lines in terms of range, kit content, application coverage, and product support programs for Engine Hoses and Rubber To Metals Parts.
• Collect and compiles OES and competitive price information for the Hoses and Rubber To Metal Parts. 
• Purchasing original and supplier samples which are from either domestic or foreign suppliers.
• Documenting sample purchasing process.
• Creating item master in ERP system.
• Making catalogue research according to OE vehicle, make, models.
• Responsible for following and supporting new product launch processes.
• Prepares Gates specifications for line extensions / new programs under the direction of the Product Manager. Takes ownership for new product launches and focuses on decreasing the time to market and increasing the coverage.
• Follows up on operational matters regarding existing products and line extensions.
• 360 Product Pictures organization.
• Enhance supplier Relations
• Keeps different operational databases continuously up to date with all known product and competitor information.
• Works in close cooperation with different departments like purchasing, quality, planning, sales coordination,
• Supports the Sales Teams to deliver the targeted Sales revenue & margin according to plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or 2 years experience in Product Marketing or a related experience.
• Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills, assuring accuracy and reliability.
