RESPONSIBILITIES

To plan the activities that will meet the external and internal customer expectations and ensure continuous improvement in line with the company's vision, strategic goals, policy and working ethics policy, and to undertake the responsibility of auditing, monitoring and improving by adding the suppliers to this process.

To make the second party supplier audits according to the annual supplier assessment plan, and to report the results to the Quality Manager.

To initiate the performance improvement actions for the suppliers to solve the performance issues of the active suppliers.

To make on-site visits to verify that products, processes, and services from external sources comply with internal and external customer requirements.

To ensure that the control plans to be applied under its responsibility are efficient.

To make controls and tests for the inputs which are supplied from the supplier and received by the Component and Package Warehouse responsible according to the related instructions, control plans, technical drawings, and standards by considering that the inputs conform to the specification requirements and the acceptance criteria.

To take samples according to the sample taking frequencies defined in the instructions and the control plans, to make the product incoming quality controls for the purchased products, and to keep the records of the control results.

To ensure that the purchasing inputs will not be used until the testing.

To take measures and to prevent the using and the including to the production activities of the purchasing inputs in the event of non-conforming inputs, which are purchased but not meeting the incoming quality control conditions.

To make the incoming quality controls for the rubber, paste and components received, and to report. 

To perform control and approval processes for the components that reproduced in our Production Facility.

To investigate the causes of errors resulting from the materials during the incoming control process to eliminate any non-conformity situations related to product, process and quality system, to take measures to determine and prevent them from repeating, to work with the related departments to change the application causing the error.    

To prepare the incoming quality control activity reports in a weekly, monthly and annual periods.

To prepare the documents that are in the quality management systems, contribute to the continuous improvement and make the necessary revisions on the documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years experience in automotive industry.
Requires good oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong PC competency demonstrated (Word, Excel, PPT, Microsoft Project etc.)
Requires knowledge of material technology, physical and chemical tests details.
